Description
The ADG Modular Model 700 Replacement Bolt features a modular bolt face and is compatible with all existing Remington Model 700 rifle receivers! Both the bolt head and bolt bodies are manufactured from Premium 17-4PH Stainless Steel, heat-treated, and then finished with a proprietary nitride coating. Stronger and more durable than the original in all aspects! The modular bolt utilizes your existing Remington Model 700 Firing Pin Assembly and comes with the ADG Modular Bolt Handle. The bolt handle is replaceable and uses the common thread for most replaceable bolt handles available today. The ADG Modular Bolt is available in both Long Action and Short Action lengths, the modularity allows the bolt face to be changed by the end consumer with only a standard firing pin removal tool. There are 5 available bolt face sizes covering over 95% of cartridges available today including:
- Small Bolt Face Calibers (0.384″ Bolt Face) / .223, 5.56NATO
- ARC Based Calibers (0.445″ Bolt Face) / .22 ARC, 6mm ARC, .338 ARC
- Standard Bolt Face Calibers (0.470″ Bolt Face) / Creedmoor Family, .308 Win, .30-06, .260 Rem
- Magnum Bolt Face Calibers (0.540″ Bolt Face) / PRC Family, SAUM’s, Ultramag’s, WSM’s
- Lapua Bolt Face Calibers (0.585″ Bolt Face) / Lapua, Norma

NOTE: REBARRELING IS REQUIRED! The Modular Bolt is NOT compatible with factory chambered Remington Rifles due to the plate extractor design. It requires a flat-faced barrel chamber. The product information pdf contains all of the information for you gunsmith to chamber your barrel. Also – be on the lookout for pre-fit barrels coming soon!
