Turn you Remington Model 700 chambered in .308 Win into any caliber you want. The bolt face is modular so that it can be changed in about 30 seconds to any bolt face size ranging from .223 Remington (5.56 NATO) to ARC to Standard to Magnum and even to Lapua. 5 bolt face sizes are available. The modular bolt is intended for re-barreling a Remington M700 action and is NOT COMPATIBLE with a factory Remington Barrel. This is because the bolt requires a flat barrel face without a Remington counterbore. NOTE 1: FIRING PIN ASSEMBLY IS NOT INCLUDED! This bolt will use your original Remington M700 firing pin assembly. An ADG Performance firing pin assembly is currently in development and will be offered in the near future.
NOTE 2: REBARRELING IS REQUIRED! The ADG Modular Bolt is NOT compatible with factory chambered Remington rifles due to the plate extractor design. It requires a flat-faced barrel chamber. The product information pdf contains all of the information for your gunsmith to chamber your barrel. Also – be on the lookout for pre-fit barrels coming soon!
